Founder & Chief Medical Officer, Virtual Integrative Specialists
Dr. Rachel Erickson is a licensed naturopathic physician dedicated to making integrative, root-cause care more accessible across Washington State. A 2008 graduate of Bastyr University, Dr. Erickson has spent over 15 years helping patients understand the “why” behind their symptoms and guiding them toward lasting balance and wellbeing.
She founded Virtual Integrative Specialists (VIS) to bring holistic care to patients who lack access to in-person naturopathic services, and to support fellow NDs through mentorship, collaboration, and sustainable practice design.
Dr. Erickson completed her undergraduate degree in Botany at the University of Washington, where her love of biochemistry and physiology deepened her understanding of how interconnected the human body truly is.
Her approach blends science and soul, combining evidence-based medicine with genuine connection and curiosity. She sees herself not only as a clinician, but as a detective, educator, and ally on each patient’s path to healing.
“Health isn’t found in a single pill or protocol, it’s a process of understanding your body, your story, and what’s blocking your ability to thrive. My role is to help you uncover that and walk beside you in your journey, and support you every step of the way”
Naturopathic Physician & Licensed Acupuncturist
Dr. Julia Kuebelbeck is a licensed naturopathic physician and acupuncturist dedicated to helping patients reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and rediscover joy in their health. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Master of Science in Acupuncture from Bastyr University, following undergraduate studies in Biology and Chemistry at Concordia College in Minnesota, where her love of nature, community, and seasonal rhythms first took root.
Dr. Julia’s care philosophy centers on the understanding that true wellness is deeply interconnected, bridging the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of health. Her clinical interests include sexual and reproductive health, menopause, fatigue, optimal aging, mental health, pain management, and stress resilience. She has pursued advanced training in pelvic floor therapy, gynecology, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and mind-body medicine, allowing her to combine evidence-based naturopathic care with hands-on physical medicine modalities.
As part of Virtual Integrative Specialists (VIS), Dr. Julia is passionate about expanding access to high-quality naturopathic care across Washington State. She supports each patient’s healing journey with compassion, curiosity, and empowerment, helping them understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health.
Dr. Julia often reminds her patients,
“Healing begins with connection…to yourself, your body, and the world around you.”
