How it Works

You’ll get thoughtful, personalized care every step of the way — no rushed visits or one-size-fits-all plans here.

Step 1

book a 60-minute new patient visit

Choose a time that works for you. Visits are virtual or in person, and HIPAA-secure.

Step 2

complete your intake forms online

Tell us your story, your symptoms, upload medical records, and share your goals before we meet.

Step 3

meet your VIS clinician

Whether you’re meeting online via Zoom or in person at our Seattle or Shoreline location, we’ll review your full health history, any labs or records, then co-create a personalized plan.

Step 4

follow-up and fine tune

You’ll meet again in 3–4 weeks to review labs, adjust your treatment plan, and build on what’s working.

Virtual Care That Feels Personal

At VIS, virtual doesn’t mean disconnected. Our virtual model is designed to give you:

Accepted Insurance

All providers accept the insurance plans listed below, with the exception of Aetna, which is only accepted by Dr. Julia. We also offer transparent self-pay options.

Note: Coverage varies by plan. We recommend verifying benefits before your visit.

If you’re out-of-network, we’re happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in the first visit?

We offer transparent cash rates and can provide a superbill if you’d like to request reimbursement from your insurer.

That depends on your health goals and treatment plan. Most patients follow up every 3-6 weeks at first, with longer intervals as things stabilize. You’ll always know what to expect.

Yes. We’re happy to collaborate with your existing providers. Our role is often complementary – filling in the gaps with more time, deeper testing, and personalized root-cause care.
